Corvega was produced in coupe (Original coupe, Atomic V-8 coupe) and sedan body styles
Like the Ford Nucleon, the Corvega was powered by a nuclear reactor delivering 800 hp, with acceleration to 60 mph in 0.5 seconds
It’s not entirely clear how it manages such dynamic acceleration; at least today, 0.5-second 0-60 mph acceleration is theoretically possible for a car weighing about a ton with nearly 2000 hp
The reactor, as with the Ford Nucleon, is located in the rear of the vehicle
