The very popular Emerald Coast USA map, widely used in FS 2017, is now available here for FS 19.

All objects have seasonal masks and have been edited for their functionality. Most foliage layers will not change color depending on the season, as is the case in this real-life area, and they remain green year-round, with only a few trees changing color. Snow never falls, although it gets cold during the deepest winter days. Thus, the lake freezes if the ground temperature drops below zero.

This is a highly detailed map using many different landscape objects and several custom textures to achieve visual realism, so a powerful high-performance PC will be required to run it.

Includes many new features from the 2019 game; most of the land is purchasable, including all fields and huge forest areas... as well as several forest patches around the map, even a couple of overgrown lots in the city neighborhood. There are transport missions, pallet cargo transport from one place to another, as well as field missions on most fields.

New feature:
Some mud will always be active, others will respond to soil moisture, so when it rains, and shortly after, this mud will be active. With seasons, the map terrain truly comes alive, with variable mud and full compatibility.

There is built-in GEO to simulate conditions!

On the map you will find:

- One farm with buildings and a large orchard;
- Vehicle and pedestrian traffic;
- 2 forests (small and large);
- One village and a town;
- 28 fields and 8 meadows;
- BGA.

On the map:

- 9 selling points;
- 21 fields;
- Limestone quarry;
- 4 forests with about 6000 trees (pines and spruces);
Also, a new addition is MUD ... conditional mud and permanent mud in certain realistic areas of the map.

Out of 21 fields, 11 are not rectangular for those who want to do something manually
Then there are a number of rectangular fields that can be inserted into an irregularly shaped field if 11 are not enough
As well as many areas that can be plowed into fields ...

Also, several factories were added in v.007: whiskey, sugar, flour
Also added a fermentation bunker where you can add grass/chaff and get silage for free
Also added a TMR station on the farm, now you can quickly and easily mix TMR right from the bunker
Also, right on the map, the newest cotton harvester from Stevie was added, it harvests cotton, lavender, tobacco and makes nice big bales

A map that contains a lot of interesting features: from flat fields to hilly terrain that needs plowing. Lots of forest and plenty of space for placement. Built entirely from my imagination.
