Map features for PC only (This version):
- "Object Storage" mod for storing objects, which is used in buildings for storing bales and pallets instead of the base game object storage function;
- The "Object Storage" mod is required for production updates, especially for orchards and greenhouses, but its features are also used at other factories;
- Additional support for the Maize Plus, Enhanced Animal System, and Platinum DLC mods – you can enable several extra features in the map xml configuration files, depending on which of these mods you use;
- "Maize Plus" mod – additional support: you have the option to purchase all the new types of feed added by this mod directly in the trailer at the livestock market, or make your own feed mixes in the pig feed mixer at the main farm. Custom Animalfood additives are recommended for use here;
- "Enhanced Animal System" mod – additional support: the map includes placeable functional calf hutches and a shelter for 50 calves – nothing extra needs to be done for this, it's available by default, but only makes sense with this mod. Goats produce regular in-game milk at the sheep farms included in the map, goat milk (from the mod) is also fully supported at dairy farms and trading stations – it can be produced from other placeable mods at sheep farms that support it.
- Platinum Expansion DLC – additional support: you can enable extra products from the expansion at the sawmill and carpentry production points built into the map.
Welcome to the Carpathian Village. A fictional map inspired by a modern real-life agricultural company and its surroundings in western Slovakia.
Map Features:
- 3 pre-placed farms. To be able to use them, you must purchase them by buying the farmland they are built on;
- Main Farm – the largest pre-placed farm on the map, consisting of: 2 cow barns, 1 pigsty, 1 horse stable, a farmhouse, a large grain silo with a production point for preparing animal feed, a vehicle workshop, 2 covered bunker buildings (a total of 6 bunkers), many shelters for vehicles or any packed or bulk goods, a large slurry storage, slurry tanks, a water tower, and much more. (If you start the game in New Farmer mode, you already own the main farm);
- Pig Farm – all about pigs: 2 pigsties, grain silo, manure bunker, vehicle workshop, vehicle shelter, slurry storage, bale shelter, manure storage, water tower, and slurry tanks;
- Sheep Farm. Includes: 1 sheep barn, 1 chicken coop, grain silo, bunker, vehicle workshop, vehicle shelter, and bale shed;
- All 3 pre-placed farms are fully editable, you can sell individual buildings or parts of fences – you can expand the farms. You can sell everything and build your own farm in the same place. Most buildings and objects used on the pre-placed farms also have their own placeable versions included on the map;
- Collectibles included. 100 wooden toys divided into 10 sets, with 10 collectibles in each set. Reward for collecting 1000, reward for collecting a full set 100000, and the toy will be displayed on the shelf in your room in the office building;
- 39 fields. Especially large fields of various shapes, as well as some medium and small ones;
- 3 unmarked meadow fields;
- Large forest area. 7 purchasable forest plots of different sizes, conditions, and corresponding prices;
- Several small streams cross the land, with free water collection;
- Field missions included, NPC missions with Slovak names;
- Train system – drivable train with railway bunkers and a selling point;
- 6 selling points, each interested in different types and quantities of goods;
- 3 trade stations, agricultural goods and lime station – the ability to buy farm supplies (such as seeds and fertilizer) directly into your trailer. Livestock markets allow you to buy manure, slurry, and animal feed from them;
- 9 production sites: bakery, grain mill, dairy, sugar factory, sawmill, carpentry, spinnery, tailor shop, biogas plant. The map contains several small and cheaply purchasable plots, ideal for building other production points. Production sites have their own forklifts available for everyone to use;
- The vehicle shop offers a telehandler that anyone can use to load purchased pallets or bales, so you don't need to bring your own loader;
- All selling points and production facilities have different operating hours. Gates open and close automatically at certain times. (All are closed by default on first game launch, wait one in-game hour to return them to the normal cycle). If you need to do something urgent even after closing, you can open the gates manually;
- Custom animal settings slightly adjusted: feed and straw consumption, manure, slurry, and milk production, as well as animal prices. Sheep and chickens produce manure if bedded with straw. Sheep also produce milk;
- Growable orchards (apples, pears, apricots, and plums) require only water to produce fruit, but you can increase yields with special fertilizers (purchased in the shop) and compost. Orchards bear fruit only in spring and summer. Produced fruit can be further processed at the fruit and vegetable processing plant;
- For placing modern greenhouses with new types of vegetables (cucumber, green pepper, onion, and watermelon), only water is required for growing vegetables, but you can increase yields with special fertilizers (purchased in the shop) and compost. Greenhouses also produce organic waste as a by-product. Produced vegetables can be further processed at the equipped fruit and vegetable processing plant;
- Compost production – compost is needed in orchards and greenhouses, and can also be sold for profit or used as fertilizer on fields (Note: Not supported by Precision Farming DLC). Compost is produced in the compost silo from organic waste, grass, hay, straw, and other similar materials;
- Seasonal fruit growth is standard (fits very well with the map's land). Cotton and sugarcane are not typical for the map's lands, but you can grow them if you wish;
- Customizable seasonal weather characteristic of the map's country.

Recommendations:
- The "Animal Husbandries Possible" (64) mod is recommended for use with the map, so you can build more animal husbandries. The map already has more farms than the base game limit allows.
