This map is a collective image of places dear to my heart. It is entirely fictional but closely resembles the terrain and features of the Penza and Saratov regions. The main focus is on agriculture. On the map, you will find 150 purchasable plots, 41 fields of various sizes ranging from 6 to 60 hectares, the necessary production facilities for processing agricultural products, and numerous points for selling and purchasing everything you need. Before starting the game, you need to unpack the archive; it contains the map and mods.
