- Three farms;
- 42 agricultural lands;
- 1 forest area (small);

- Vehicle and pedestrian traffic;
- Missouri license plates;
- Custom harvest calendar;
- Many different productions;
- Various selling points;
- Custom corn textures;
- Soybeans also produce straw;
- New crop types: rye, peas, and alfalfa;
- Swathing system, using the addon from BcBuhler Farms;
- Working car wash;
- Background changes with the seasons;
- And many other features!

Version 1.0.0.2:

- Added greenhouse. Supported fruits: apple, orange, lemon, pineapple;
- Added new productions and placeable buildings;
- Added new products to existing productions (for example, apple pie at the bakery);
- Fixes and improvements.
