Version 1.0.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2022 (v1.13.x):
The map is partially based on a real location. The landscape, as well as the placement of the hamlet and settlement, are made to be roughly similar. Due to the scale of the map, the terrain (settlement and hamlet) naturally differs from reality. However, it has been made somewhat similar where possible.
Features:
- 62 purchasable plots, including 24 fields. Ranging from 4.85 ha to 80+ ha (measured approximately);
- Standard crops + carrots, hops, lavender, onions, rye, alfalfa, clover;
- Grain cleaning facility;
- The livestock cluster includes a pig farm, cowshed, and silage pit;
- There are mines with coal, iron ore, lithium ore, and a quarry with sand and gravel for those who enjoy working with loaders and excavators;
- The map features various production facilities. These include a sugar factory, mill, dairy, oil extraction plant, bakery, manure purchase point, steel production, lithium production, iron production, electric furnace production, and an asphalt plant for road-building enthusiasts;
- The "export (customs)" selling point, where the price of goods is twice as high as at other selling points;
- The settlement, hamlet, and production sites have lighting and sounds;
- Vehicle and pedestrian traffic;
- About half of the objects present on the map are taken from public sources, the other half are custom models.
