Description

Map of the eastern part of North Carolina, USA.

- The map was created from real satellite photos of the area;
- Fields, trees, and houses are as close to real as possible, but of course, I added production sites and in-game sell points that don't actually exist for gameplay purposes;
- The growth map has been updated for the region's weather;
- Most available production areas have been added to the map;
- There is a wide selection of starting equipment to begin with;
- Production areas have been edited to hold more pallets at spawners, and production pallets have a larger capacity;
- There are 47 different fields, all with field missions (2 grass mowing), from the smallest field at 0.188 ha (0.465 acres) to the largest at 15.092 ha (37.29 acres);
- Land prices were calculated based on the average real-life land cost;
- All land plots are purchased separately. Land with houses is more expensive than undeveloped land, as it would be in real life;
- All houses on the map can be sold to make room for larger fields if you wish;
- The main farm area has a silo for storing multiple fruits with a capacity of 1,000,000 liters, which will store anything in the "bulk" category;
- Grapes have been added to the "bulk" category so they can be transported in any in-game or modded trailer that carries "bulk" items;
- The workshop is also located at the main farm and belongs to the player (new farmer mode only);
- Added the ability to chip logs into woodchips at the sawmill as an additional production;
- Includes pens for cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens, which must be purchased for use;
- Bale feeding triggers have been added to the cow, sheep, and pig areas. Straw bale triggers have also been added to the cow and pig areas. Just leave bales in the triggers and they will be automatically emptied as needed;
- Livestock capacities: 250 cows, 350 pigs, 500 sheep, and 500 chickens;
- All animal navigation mesh areas have been redone, and their pastures are custom-made;
- Limestone, sand, gravel, and concrete have been added as additional fill types;
- Limestone can be loaded from the warehouse at the concrete plant and ground into lime;
- Lime bunkers will be produced or lime can be stored in bulk at the concrete plant in the concrete pallet production silo;
- To store lime in the silo instead of producing bunkers, you need to change the output in the production menu from "Storage" to "Distribution" (distribution is the default setting), so lime bunkers are not produced.
- The concrete plant will also grind stones into sand;
- Gravel can also be made from stones with sand as a byproduct;
- You will need lime, gravel, and sand to produce concrete pallets, which can be sold at the farm stores;
- Cornmeal and cracked corn have been added as additional products that can be produced at the grain mill from corn;
