Unlike "Burlaki", this is a completely different map, with similarity only in the name.

- 4x map;
- Varied terrain;
- 57 fields of different sizes;
- 2 settlements;
- 2 quarries;
- All standard productions, some modified;
- Standard crops + peas, buckwheat, and carrots. Equipment for harvesting carrots included;
- Unique traffic;
- 11 private houses and 29 apartments you can enter;
- Many unique objects;
- Two main farms: Repair and Tractor Workshop and Livestock Complex;
- Benchmark installed;
- Support for standard hired worker;
- Built-in basic courses for AutoDrive;
- Unique license plates for both traffic and player;
- Decent optimization;
- Ability to completely rebuild farms;
- Test range;
- Various Easter eggs;
- Collectible items;
- Support for separate harvesting method for wheat, barley, and oats;
- Precision farming support;
- And much more.
