The map is entirely fictional but closely resembles the terrain and features of the Penza and Saratov regions. The main focus is on agriculture.

On the map:
- 150 purchasable plots, 41 fields of various sizes from 6 to 60 ha;
- Production facilities for processing agricultural products, numerous selling points, and places to buy everything you need;
- Forest;
- Vehicle and pedestrian traffic;
- Custom license plates;
