Derevyagino Village Map version 1.0.0.0 for Farming Simulator 2022 (v1.13.x)

Welcome to the village of Derevyagino. This 4k map is based on a real location in the central region of Russia. The map features a winery, sawmill, mill, bakery, dairy plant, oil plant, and sugar factory. Additional productions include wine, yogurt, sour cream, packaged milk, pig feed, and firewood. The wine and firewood productions are available on the map in the modded productions section.

With the modern sawmill, you can manage forestry and produce planks, boards, and beams from the forest, which is spread across numerous purchasable woodland areas. There are also vast meadows and construction sites available. In total, the map contains 95 purchasable plots. There are 52 cultivable fields, ranging from the smallest to huge ones up to 72 hectares.

For animal husbandry enthusiasts, there are several plots with chickens, sheep, horses, cows, and pigs. All animal farms are purchased together with the land plots on which they are located. These are plots 31, 37, and 42.

The starting position for a beginner farmer includes two owned plots, three mini-tractors, a loader, a motor block for grape harvesting, trailers, and light mounted equipment. There are no animals. However, everything is located on a sizable base, which you can completely rebuild to your liking. On plot 49, along with the land, you can purchase large greenhouses and a logistics center where you can store large volumes of your products. Other productions can be purchased via triggers.

For hard mode, the cost of medium plots is close to real market value, so buying large plots alone will be difficult. Start small.
