In the Dark Valley, everything has changed; the military controls most of the valley. Military posts are set up everywhere, making it hard for the "Freedom" faction to live peacefully—they have to trade with bandits just to survive. The only hope is "Marked One," who remains neutral in the conflict. Using an old boat to bypass the checkpoints, Marked One enters this territory. He must retrieve his old "UAZ" from the bandits, who have established a new base near an abandoned pigsty. But the bandit leader Shram won’t give it up easily; Marked One will have to work for him and obtain the valuable artifact "Gravel." As a token of gratitude, Shram will return the vehicle and load it with equipment much needed by the "Freedom" faction, and of course, won’t forget his small business with the dealer (contraband booze), which must be transported across the drawbridge for a small fee. To supply the faction with weapons, the old ZIL must be repaired and brought from another base, bypassing military checkpoints. The trader "Ashot" is already waiting... But that’s not all; Professor "Sakharov" has asked the commandant for help. For three weeks, they have had no contact with colleagues stationed in the mountains, and they need to capture and bring a pseudowolf to the base for further study (the journey will be long, so it’s better to take the GAZ-66 from the garage). To do this, fuel must be delivered to the "Freedom" base. Marked One repeatedly passes military checkpoints—he’ll have to work for them as well to avoid suspicion. Fortunately, they have a task for Marked One: to clear the forest where logging is underway for a new military base.
