Description

In 2000, at the VI Tolyatti International Motor Show, a rather unusual vehicle was presented – the VIS-2346E "Kapral."
At first glance, an unremarkable "Niva" pickup.
Legend has it that the idea of a "hinged" passenger car was brought to the Russian expanses by a certain millionaire who wanted to purchase a versatile off-road vehicle and ordered it in Tolyatti.
