ESTR v.1.0 tachograph rule!

Debugging of ESTR rule monitoring completed. Fixed errors in controlling compensations for reduced weekly rest.
An error with incorrect display of current rest time in case of game start is fixed by the tachograph.
Fixed errors when saving backups when loading earlier saves.
The parameter "profile name" is added to ini-file.profile_name
It is used when creating backup names for the ini file.
The parameter make_backup_on_startup is added to the ini file
If set to 1, a backup of the ini file will be created when the game starts. This can be useful if you accidentally launch a profile that does not match the ini file.
Expanded information line customization options. Up to 5 display lines can be configured for driving and resting.
Drive_mask0 - drive_mask4
Rest_mask0 - rest_mask4
The parameter clear_minicon is removed as redundant; mini-console scrolling can be set using drive_mask, rest_mask with the value "_".
Drive_mask for which rest_mask values are not set are not displayed.
To set these space parameters, use the "_" character.
Installation:
The file must be placed in the folder
“.Euro Truck Simulator 2binwin_x86plugins” for the 32-bit version of the game
“.Euro Truck Simulator 2binwin_x64plugins” for the 64-bit version of the game
If the "plugins" folder does not exist, it must be created (next to eurotrucks2.exe). If the file is placed correctly, after launch, messages connected to the plugin will be displayed in the profile window in the game.
Additionally, the MS VC++ Redistributable 2012 package (this version) x86 / x64 respectively must be installed.
