The mod was invented and made on the basis of the default KamAZ-4310. To demonstrate in the game, I am posting a test version, in order to find out interest in this mod, whether it is worth developing it, leave your comments.
It has 24 addons ( two of them are its own and some default is remade for this mod ) .

Required: DLC "Valley" and DLC "Ridge (The Ridge)"

The archive is prepared for installation via SpinTiresMod.exe. Place the archive in the Mods folder (...\SpintiresMod\Data\SpinTires MudRunner\Mods\ ).
In order for the language file to work, the archive should be called: KAMAZ_4310_Caterpillars_29.05.18_STMR

Attention: This mod will not work without SpinTiresMod.exe

ReShade is an advanced, fully generic post-processor for games and video programs developed by crosire. Imagine your favorite game with ambient occlusion, real depth of field effects, color correction, etc. ReShade provides an automated and generic way to access information about the color and depth of the frame (the latter is automatically disabled during multiplayer to prevent use), and all the tools to make it all work.

Customization:
1) launch the application (ReShade 4.3.0.exe );
2) choose the path to the game (standard path - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Spintires MudRunner\MudRunner.exe)
3) select "Direct3D 9";
4) load the standard effect and click "OK";
5) start the game and press "Shift + F2", press "+" and touch "shader", select the option from the "shader" that you want.

Works in multiplayer. SpintiresMod.exe supports ReShade.

Some time has passed since the developers released the "Valley" DLC on February 13, and they are happy to see so many players enjoying this map and the three new vehicles.

The developers noticed that some players create their own maps using screenshots of fully explored and completed maps or, in some cases, drawings. They assume that some of us would like to make maps based on minimap images, so they have packaged all the map images in high resolution so we can print them out and create our own maps from them. (Perhaps these maps await us in future updates and DLC – translator’s note).

The developers assure that they are actively working on the game and improving it, as they say, on all fronts, and mentioned several specific points.
Currently, an update is actively being developed to enable support for maps in the Steam Workshop and other useful features.

In addition, MudRunner USA (working title) is currently under active development. (The developers do not specify whether this is an update, DLC, or a new game – translator’s note). The developers note that the majority of the Spintires: MudRunner community is in the USA, so they are trying to support them with familiar content. They are also exploring licensing official vehicles for this. It is noted that MudRunner USA will be installed specifically in the USA (this may mean a localization of the game with local equipment and environment – translator’s note). The release is expected within this year.

In addition to MudRunner USA, the developers continue to explore options for adding mods to console versions of the game. They note that they highly value modifications and thank players for noticeably improving the game with their help. The best mods for consoles will most likely be released as DLC.

Finally, work is underway to port the game to Nintendo Switch. There are no details yet, but as soon as they appear, they promise to tell us.

In conclusion – the game creators are working on many different things at the moment, all of which will come later this year! We look forward to more news on each of them throughout the year.

Friends, hello everyone! On the Mr.BoS channel and on the STMods.ru website, as well as with the participation of everyone who cares about this game, a joint contest for the BEST MAP of 2018 is being held! Any map maker can participate in the contest. The main condition is that the map must be at least 32x32 in size and must be new (not a conversion from an old version of the game) and not publicly available. It is welcomed if you specify which mods are recommended for playing the map. Everything else is up to the discretion and imagination of the map makers.

The prize fund is 7000 rubles. Participation in the contest is free. You must submit an application to participate on the STMods.ru website by leaving a comment under this post. The last day to submit a map for the contest is May 3, 2018. Send the map for review and the contest via private message on VK or Discord or any other convenient way either to Mr.BoS (Alexander Zadorin on VK) or Alexey Sinev.

All maps that enter the contest will be tested and played through on the Mr.BoS channel. After playing them, voting will be held on the STMods.ru website and in the Mr.BoS VK group. All votes will be counted and taken into account.

After the voting, all maps will be made publicly available and uploaded by the map authors to the STMods.ru website. The maps will be played under code names (for example 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). The map authors will also be revealed only after the voting to minimize biased voting. We do this to make the voting as objective and fair as possible. Authors who try to campaign during the voting will be disqualified.
The voting period is 1 week after all maps have been played through!

Update 02.04.18:
Voting procedure: depending on the number of participants, we randomly divide them into groups of 4-5 maps. Within a week, we play through (or simply review) all the maps in the group. At the beginning of the next week after reviewing all the maps in the group, a (one-week) vote starts to choose the best map from that group. At the same time, maps from the next group are shown, with voting for them starting at the beginning of the following week, and so on until all maps have been reviewed.
After all maps have been reviewed and group votes held, a final vote is created, with participants being the maps that won their weekly votes. The results of this vote will determine the best map!

We remind you that during the stream of a contest map, no viewer (not even the author) is allowed to reveal either the name or, especially, the author of the map. Otherwise, the map will be excluded from the contest.

Map size: 1x1 km (summer and autumn).

MTZ-82 and MTZ-82.1 tractors of the 1985 model are all-wheel drive versions of the legendary MTZ-80 series with small and large cabs. The engine is only 81 hp, the weight is about 3.5 tons. Tractors have excellent cross-country ability. There are two addons available for transporting timber (2 points, short logs): a 2PTS-4 trailer and a trolley with cones, on the same chassis. However, the transportation of timber on these tractors is not an easy task, because tractors are light, and the coupling weight may not be enough to pull a heavy trailer.

From the addons, a garage trolley is available (based on 2PTS-4), two types of loaders: front, PKU-5-19, and rear loading crane. For both versions of the tractor, a front blade is available, which can be used to clear roads and loading areas from stones and branches. Two variants of rear mechanization can be installed: one is animated and has a lifting mechanism, the second is with the hydraulics and trailer hitch disabled. All models have rich animations and look great.

I created almost all 3D models specifically for these tractors. Textures were also rendered anew, for new models. Nevertheless, I want to say a huge thank you to D.Alexandrovich, N. Kutsapalov, vorkir, etc., because it all started with their excellent fashion, made back in 2014, some of the elements of which can still be found in the cabs of my tractors :)

Please note that trailers from these tractors will be available at my GAZ-53 with simultaneous installation of two mods.

Vehicle Description:
The second 8x8 vehicle to be added to Spintires: MudRunner. The E-7429 is another incredibly powerful vehicle with some hidden talents.

Specifications:
The E-7429 has an 800-liter fuel tank and is equipped with all-wheel drive as well as a differential lock. It can sustain up to 600 damage points. It will be unlocked immediately on the "Valley" map but requires 5 progress points on other maps.

Advantages:
The E-7429 is an excellent vehicle for traversing difficult terrain and can tow any vehicle. It can also handle any heavy loads.

Disadvantages:
The E-7429 is very fuel-hungry and not the fastest vehicle. Its lack of speed is compensated by its power.

Add-ons:
The E-7429 is a powerful vehicle and therefore carries important equipment for rescuing vehicles from difficult terrain. It is also the largest vehicle capable of towing trailers, making it a very useful service vehicle.

Garage Trailer – trailer with two garage points.

The development team at Focus Home Interactive is launching a public beta test for Spintires: MudRunner. The test version fixes performance issues that appeared after the release of the "The Valley" DLC. This beta test will run until Monday.

By using the beta version of the game, you will be able to play multiplayer with players who are using both the beta and non-beta versions.

To get the beta version of the game, you need to opt into it on Steam:
1. Right-click on Spintires: MudRunner in your Steam game library
2. Click “Properties” and go to the “BETAS” tab
3. Select public_beta from the dropdown menu.

After that, you will become a participant in the public beta test. This should fix any performance issues you have noticed since the release of the "The Valley" DLC.

If you continue to experience problems in this beta version, please provide the game logs (which can be found here: C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\SpinTires MudRunner and upload them to WeTransfer.com – they are generated by holding SHIFT while launching the game) and your list of mods.

If the beta version turns out to be worse for you than the current version, please revert to the base game and send the developers the game logs and mod list as described above.
