The 6.0 update with new content and various changes is coming very soon. The developers have published more information about the first phase of the seasonal pass, titled "Search And Recover." The first phase will be available on all platforms (PS4, PC, Xbox One) very soon – July 15. The first season will be released in two parts. Players will have the option to purchase the first phase of the seasonal pass separately. The first phase will add many new interesting features to the game: new adventures, mechanics, and more.

According to the developers, SnowRunner already has over a million players. However, they expect this number to increase significantly thanks to the seasonal pass, as a large amount of new content will be added to the game. With this phase, two new maps (snowy areas) will be added. There, players will need to find lost World War II equipment.

There are also new vehicles. There are only 2: the TUZ 16 "Actaeon" and the Ford 750 4x4 Crewcab. New paint jobs/skins, new mechanics (both gameplay and cosmetic), and many other new features will also be added.

Equally important, the update will bring new content for those who have not purchased the seasonal pass. On the already available maps, players will be able to complete entirely new missions. Additionally, the editor for creating mods on personal computers will be improved. Features for changing the cabin view will be added, as well as enhanced tools for map creation.

NOTE. If you have a specific light source (or a mod adding lamps) that you want to add, for example, Boreman LED lights, just follow these instructions:
- Go and open: def / vehicle / addon_hookups / boreman1.sii
- Add the following line to each light source you want to add suitable_for[]: "f_banner"
- Save and close
