2. Place the file from the TextureCache folder into TextureCache.zip (the root folder of the game);
3. Clear the cache.

If you don't like the gearbox (tattoo_hurst-white_gearbox), copy the previously made copies of MeshCache.zip and TextureCache.zip back with replacement, clear the cache, and everything will be as it was.
