Reworked the Kamaz Polar Forwarder 1.2 mod.

- Changed the vehicle name to Kamaz Polar Explorer;
- Added a second truck Kamaz Polar Explorer RS;
- Removed and replaced addons and wheels.

The mod has 2 trucks, differing in wheels and addons.

- 30 unique addons;
- Cabin view;
- Custom cargo;
- Custom sound;
- Tire tracks.

Version v2.3 for Spintires: MudRunner (v25.02.21):

- Changed the gearbox;
- Changed the engine power;
- Minor fixes.
