City Car Driving is an incredibly engaging game (a driving simulator) where there is truly plenty to do. However, the base game doesn’t have enough maps and cars to fully enjoy the gameplay. Fortunately, there are skilled modders who make games much better, including CCD. Today we will look at the top 15 best mods for this game based on download statistics on STMods. These mods will add new vehicles to your game and diversify City Car Driving. Let’s go!

Toyota Camry V50 3.5L 2015
The first vehicle in our selection is the 2015 Camry 3.5. Essentially, the Camry is not a racing car, and compared to other cars it stands out for its durability and longevity. Although the car is not sporty (except for rare models), the Camry 3.5 will still leave many German cars behind.

The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is just 7.1 seconds, and the top speed can reach 210 km/h. Not bad at all. The power is 249 hp, which is quite low for an engine of this volume, but for CCD’s standards it is more than enough. 
The mod has several features: custom sounds, realistic physics, and it meets the game’s standards (passenger transport, working parts like the tachometer and speedometer, weather effects such as rain and snow tracks). 

Mercedes Benz E55 AMG W210
Mercedes Benz E55 AMG in the W210 body. Yes, this car fits perfectly into City Car Driving. It’s an old model produced until 2002, but in terms of specs and appearance it can outperform some newer models. There’s no point discussing looks—it’s a matter of taste—but the technical specs are worth discussing.

The car has an automatic transmission with 5 gears. Germans know how to make powerful engines. Unlike the 2015 Camry 3.5, this car boasts 354 horsepower and can reach a top speed of 250 km/h. That’s more than enough for CCD.
Other features include a well-crafted interior. Of course, this mod wouldn’t be in our selection if it didn’t meet all game standards. You can take a passenger with you if you want: the author has thought of everything. 

BMW M5 F10
Right after the Mercedes comes the BMW M5 F10, a dream car for many motorists. This car has almost only advantages: an incredibly sporty and elegant look, very high power figures, and a choice of tuning (in our case, extras). But let’s go step by step.

Starting with the technical specs. The M5 F10 is a sports car that accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. The total power output is 560 horsepower, because it’s an M5! It has 7 gears in total, with options for both automatic and manual transmissions, as the author tried to please everyone. 
The car looks very cool, but beyond that, the author added a choice of 28 extra parts. For example, you can tint the car, add a black roof, black mirrors, a spoiler, a dashcam, a front lip on the bumpers, and much more! You can learn more about this car on the mod page on STMods. 

BMW X5m F95 Competition
Another BMW in our selection, but this time not a sedan, but the BMW X5M Competition crossover in the F95 body. This mod was again developed by the popular CCD author Heisenberg, who has over 100 very cool projects. 

As always, the car features incredibly high-quality models and textures. The interior also looks very realistic and well-made, just like a real X5. Players have access to a wide variety of extras to create their dream car. There are over 24 extras in total. Thanks to them, you can change the interior color,  install different wheels (from F90, M4 models, etc.), tint the car, add various details. 

VAZ 2106 Sport
It seems you really love domestic vehicles, otherwise it’s hard to explain the appearance of the VAZ 2106 in this list. This is not just the usual “six” we often see on the roads, but a true sports car. Naturally, when we say “sports,” we are comparing it to the stock 2106 version, not to various sports cars. 
The total power of this domestic car is 150 horsepower, with a top speed of 200 km/h. The car has exclusively a manual transmission, with 5 gears in total. It stands out among others with its sporty appearance and beautiful paint job. 

BMW X7 (G07) xDrive4.0i
Too many BMWs, you say? You can never have too many BMWs, we reply. It’s time to look at a very cool and fresh BMW SUV. Production of the X7 started not long ago: since 2019. Therefore, older X7 models are impossible to find; they can be at most 2 years old. 

The mod for City Car Driving supports the full functionality of the latest update 1.5.9.2. It includes a rearview camera for easier parking, passenger transport, very high-quality vehicle physics, an interior that fully matches the original and looks very cool, and the models and textures are top-notch. 
Yes, don’t be surprised, this car is again from the talented author Heisenberg. In fact, most mods in this selection belong to this author, as he knows how to make cool, high-quality mods.

Toyota Land Cruiser 200 4.6 2016
Here comes the “Two Hundred.” Toyota knows how to make very cool SUVs. This car is from 2016, with a 4.6-liter engine. And unsurprisingly, the mod is again by Heisenberg. But you’ve come to love this author, so his mods rightfully take their places in the selection.

About the car itself—the models and textures are of the highest quality, the mod really resembles a real Land Cruiser 200. The interior is very detailed, and driving this SUV is a real pleasure.
There are various sounds, game functionality support, passenger transport, support, lighting, illumination. Of course, the mod has a huge number of extras. Here you can even choose the engine itself, not just the car’s exterior parts. Additionally, there are extras for changing the body kit, steering wheel, interior. You can do cool tinting, change wheels, some interior materials. In short, you can customize everything to your taste! 

Tesla Model X 2017
Yes, cool sports cars are great, but this is the first electric car in our selection. Everyone knows Tesla, the brainchild of Elon Musk. The company produces such cool electric cars that can drive on full autopilot, park themselves, automatically avoid accidents, and much more. The most remarkable thing is that you can even play some games inside a Tesla!

Now this cool 2017 car will appear in City Car Driving. It has 7 extras and high-quality textures. 

KIA RIO 1.6i
Yes, an ordinary Kia Rio 1.6i is among the top ten mods for City Car Driving. It’s not about the car itself. Yes, it’s a nice car, looks good, rarely breaks down, and is cheap. But why Kia Rio instead of some sports cars?

In one word—Heisenberg. The car is detailed down to the smallest parts. The mod is very high quality. Just think about it: there are dozens of original sounds for various actions and car parts: starter, wipers, skidding, separate engine sounds inside and outside the cabin, different sounds when turn signals are on inside and outside, seatbelt sounds, and more!
But it’s not just the sounds that got this mod into the top ten. No, it’s actually much more interesting. It has everything else: rearview camera, quality lighting, realistic physics, cargo transport, license plate illumination, dust and water from under the wheels if the area is dusty or rainy,  and everything else. And, of course, a large number of extras (20+) to customize everything to your liking. 

VAZ 2107 TD04L 1.2 bar
We already had a domestic car 2106 in this selection. Now we have the 2107. It’s surprising that VAZ holds such high positions, but that’s your choice, as the mod has nearly 5,000 downloads! 

Let’s discuss the technical specs. Like any other VAZ, the 2107 has exclusively a manual transmission. It has 5 gears in total. You’ll be surprised to learn that this car has 203 horsepower and a top speed of 215 km/h (accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds). 
Besides high-quality models and textures, the mod has several other features and meets CCD standards (including features from update 1.5.9.2). What more could you want?

BMW M5 F90
And the top five mods for City Car Driving open with another M5. We had the M5 F10 model in the selection, and now here is a newer version: the M5 in the F90 body. It’s very hard to find worthy competitors for this car. You’ll understand why now.

The power of the M5 F90 is 600 hp. Just think about that! It accelerates to 100 km/h in only 3.4 seconds. For comparison: the Lamborghini Huracan accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.9 to 3.6 seconds, and that’s a real sports car! 
You can reach a top speed of 330 km/h in this baby, but don’t joke with such speeds, as the car will start to sway. It has 8 gears, with only an automatic transmission. It meets all game standards, supports passenger (and other) transport, and has its own extras (though not many).

Mercedes-Benz AMG GT63S 2019
The fourth place is taken by the infamous Mercedes-Benz AMG GT63S 2019 model. On YouTube, you can find plenty of videos where owners complain about the constant “Check” engine warning. There’s even a video titled “Burn, burn bright.” 

But in CCD, this problem won’t occur. The car is very fast and looks extremely cool—no argument there. We don’t care about the real-life issues of the GT; in the game, it’s simply a monster you want to drive again and again.

Mercedes Benz G65 AMG
You didn’t think this selection could do without the Mercedes Benz G65 AMG—the legendary “G-Wagen,” did you? The top three mods for City Car Driving open with the G65—a very powerful and beautiful, yet incredibly expensive SUV.

The car’s maximum power is 612 hp. It can reach a top speed of 275 km/h. The “box” performs very well off-road. And driving this car in the city is also quite enjoyable. 
It has both manual and automatic transmissions. It meets game standards, allows passenger transport, and so on. A well-deserved place in the top. And now we move on to the two leaders! 

Toyota Chaser Turbo JZX100 drift car
Well, the top 2 is occupied by a rather unusual sports car, the Toyota Chaser Turbo JZX100. We call this car that not because of its power or incredible specs, but because it’s designed for “sideways” driving—drifting. 

There’s not much to say about this car. If you’re looking for something for cool drifting, choose the Chaser JZX100. 

Lada Granta FL 2018 1.6i 16v
And the unexpected finalist and absolute record holder is the Lada Granta FL 2018. Domestic machinery took first place among all the cool sports cars, SUVs, and other vehicles. As expected, first place again goes to the author Heisenberg.

The 2018 Lada Granta for City Car Driving has cool models and textures that fully correspond to the original car. The mod’s quality is top-notch, as it has everything your heart desires: cool physics, various effects depending on the weather, all game standards.
Additionally, the car has a large number of extras. For example, you can turn your car into a taxi, tint the windows, or drive without license plates at all: the choice is yours.
