A new career is required!
On the map:

- The map is based on a real area, size 4x. Designed for medium difficulty;
- Standard crops + peas and buckwheat;
- Minimal production: mill, bakery, slaughterhouse (pigs), meat processing plant, greenhouses, fish farm;
- Standard animals;
- There is no forest as such. Just like in real life, but there is a small patch of greenery you can cut down. There is also a designated area for growing forest (old orchard), as well as an old vineyard for removal and planting of young (default) vines;
- Greenhouses are functional, but still being improved;
- Only the specified plots are available for purchase, to preserve the uniqueness of the area; you can't buy everything;
- Fields: about 30, up to 100Ha;
- There are small garden plots behind the yards, for contracts and purchase, about 30 pcs;
- Several yard plots with old houses for demolition (sale), for building your own (modded) ones;
- Economy is in development;
- Multiterrain and FS22_mudSystem mud are configured; it is recommended to use from the archive for a better visual, still being improved;
- Easter eggs.
