It's nice to see the developers actively continuing to develop their project. Work on the continuation of the seasonal pass (the second year) is actively underway. Let's discuss a few interesting details.
Public Test Server on Steam
Great news for those who purchased the game on Steam. Now you have the opportunity to participate in testing upcoming updates and access the public test server.
It is important to understand that the PTS is only a test version of upcoming updates. There may be bugs, errors, and even some that could make the game unplayable. The purpose of this server is to collect player feedback and, based on that feedback, fix errors so that the final update is released in the best possible quality.
Currently, there may be issues between standard saves and public test server saves, so we strongly recommend making a backup of your saves before switching to the PTS to avoid losing all your progress.
Fifth Season
Now let's talk about the fifth season itself (release date: this summer). First of all, it is worth noting that owners of the second-year seasonal pass will be able to get 2 new trucks from Tatra. Naturally, there is a new zone as well. The region is called "Don" and has its own contracts and missions. It will be fun!
But, as always, the developers provide free content for people who do not plan to buy the seasonal pass. Absolutely all owners of a licensed copy of the game will get access to an immersive interface, crossplay capability (for now only on PC, currently in development), and various vehicle visual customization options.
Before the release of the fifth seasonal pass, the developers will provide more information about crossplay. For now, we just have to wait.
More Details About the New Region
Of course, many players are interested in the new region called "Don." The Don is one of the largest rivers in Russia – this is a very important point, because to celebrate the map release, the developers are giving all license owners a new skin for the DON-71 vehicle, in a fully thematic style.
Besides the new beautiful region, by popular demand, the developers will add dynamic ramps. We look forward to more information about this region!
New Section – Getting to Know the Modders
And the last interesting news is a new section from the developers. This section is called "Getting to Know the Modders," and the title already makes it clear what it will be about. The game creators will introduce us to mod makers, interview them, find out their plans for the future, and more in that style.
What do you think about this? Would you like to see a "Getting to Know the Modders" section here on STmods? Write your answer in the comments!
Write the reason for your dislike:
If you do not explain the reason, but write an unintelligible text, you will be deprived of the opportunity to evaluate the mods, news and articles.
