Editor Materials version 2 for SpinTires (v03.03.16)

I decided to systematize materials for Spintires Editor.
So far, only one field plant - Barnyard grass.
I will update (adding 3-4 materials at a time).

Installation: Remove the old version. It is better to install on a clean editor.
Run setup.exe and follow the installer instructions.

Contents: Maps, refs, and tests from the 2014 editor.
