Guys, I made this map specifically for the "Winter Tale" mod by Vlad&MIR. I really liked the mod. Decided to experiment and share it with you! It’s winter outside, so why not take a ride through the snow!
The map is very small (16x16) and simple, about half an hour of gameplay. According to the story, a blizzard, snowstorm, and snowfall have passed... A small village is left without heat. All the locals are in quarantine, and you, the ever-reliable Savior of all and everything, need to haul wood to the boiler house. The road to the logging site is snowed in, only the village roads have been cleared, so you’ll mostly have to drive “by feel.” Use the snow depth as your guide. You will probably feel like you’ve strayed off the beaten path...
On the map:
- 1 garage (closed)
- 1 gas station
- 2 sawmills
- 1 logging site
- 2 vehicles at the start: swap them as you like.
Attention!
The "Winter Tale" mod by Vlad&MIR is required for this map (Huge thanks to him!). Without the mod, there will be no winter, so if you’re too lazy to download the mod, you don’t need to download the map either.
You can download the author’s mod here:

Or there is the same mod in an installer by 13Deed (Huge thanks to him too!) Very convenient to install/uninstall. Download here:

From me, I recommend (optional):
1. For fans of 03.03.16 who don’t have it, install SpinTiresMod.exe (I’m using version 1.9.2 beta3, everything works. You can try newer or older versions). In the game settings (additional settings), you can increase the “mud draw distance.” It makes playing in open areas more enjoyable. There are other bonuses too. Everything is described in the mod’s description. Download here:
SpinTiresMod.exe (Author: AlexNez)
for 1.7.1 you can do without it – the ruts are drawn far enough
2. If the snow is too “blinding,” you can tweak the contrast settings in the game. Lowering it a bit makes it easier to navigate in open areas.
