I received a message on my Dev page from the legendary Templar GFX ... hes, the guy who has been making all the cool global stuff on Mods.db for many years, like the Better Dynamic Mud mod. He and I are teaming up and starting work on dynamic changing weather in SpinTires, since Templar GFX has a great idea to make this a reality... and he will be working on other things in SpinTires, as well as with the Unreal 4 project .... An incredibly talented person, just like me))) So, we will have fully dynamic rain, the ground, buildings, and vehicles will get wet. Light rain or downpours will alternate from time to time or stop for a while, and the new particle system can handle all kinds of weather, so it can rain, which suddenly changes to wet snow... as the work progresses, I will publish our achievements."
