Mods for SpinTires 1304

Hello, comrades. This is a reimagining of this mod. Since the new versions gave an error when using the XML file required for operating the barge, I decided to place it on the water using the functions of the new version.

The mod includes:
- 2 addons;
- 1 type of wheels.

The barge's (ferry's) carrying capacity is approximately 58,000. This corresponds to a MAZ-7310 and a MAZ-535 loaded with medium-sized logs.

This truck was taken from the SpinTires v1.7.1 "China Adventure DLC" and reconfigured for version 03.03.16 at the request of players. If you take it to the new version, then install the wheels with chains and it will drive. Now it can carry three types of cargo and I also added bags to the trailer. Re-encoded the sound to make it sound normal. This truck also has chain wheels and wide off-road wheels!
