Guide to Getting DLC for Free on License version 0.1 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.40.x)

A small guide on how to get DLC for free on a licensed version. The archive contains Russian and English versions and a bin folder.

1. Find out which version of the game you have on Steam; you can do this by launching the game and looking at the bottom right corner. In my case, it’s 1.40.3.3s
2. Download this version of the game with all DLC
4. Go to the folder Steam/Steamapps/Common/Euro Truck Simulator 2/bin/, select your system architecture, and you will see steam_api64.dll; add _o at the end

The O must be English!

You should get steam_api64_o.dll

5. After downloading, open the archive and there will be a bin folder; go inside, select your system architecture (in my case x64), and copy all files
to the game folder at Steam/Steamapps/Common/Euro Truck Simulator 2/bin/, select your system architecture, and paste the 3 files there. Confirm the replacement.
7. Copy all DLC from the downloaded game into the game folder, that’s it!

DOES NOT WORK IN TRUCKERSMP!!!!!
