Joker skin for DAF XF.

- Added support for 1.48.
The mod replaces fictional cooling device logos with real ones. Only standard SCS trailers are supported. Name changes:

- Cooler - Carrier;
- Turbo King - Thermo King;
- Thermo Box - Frigoblock.

- Removes some saturation from the trees;
- Fixes vegetation.
The mod modifies tree and grass models from SCS, making them more realistic. It replaces textures of grass, trees, landscape, various buildings, tunnels, and prefab structures.
