New improved and reworked sounds for the I6 engine for SCANIA S&R2016

Brief list of what has been changed / reworked
realistic engine start sound inside / outside
realistic idle sound inside the cabin
realistic engine sound outside
added warning sound when starting the engine inside the cabin
all levers and switches recorded and added to the game
real turn signal sound
and much more...

Warning! The mod changes sounds only for I6 engines (inline six-cylinder) and you will not hear these sounds if you install V8
