Semi-trailer "Tonar 9888"

New in version 1.0.1.135:
- The mod has been completely rebuilt with separate model/path registrations to avoid conflicts with other mods
- The semi-trailer is registered both for purchase and ownership, as well as for "direct deliveries" and traffic
- The semi-trailer type in the registration has been corrected from refrigerated to curtain side, and real technical specifications for both semi-trailer models (weight, body dimensions) have been provided for accurate load calculation
- Unused resources (models/materials/textures) have been removed
- Templates for custom skins have been added to the archive (template folder)
- Texture fixes for the frame on the 16.5 m variant
- Model fixes for axles on both variants (missing brake chambers added)
