Use any of the mods
Feel the difference.

In-game settings: -
* Brake intensity should be set to 50%. (center)
* Truck stability should be at maximum. (all the way right)
* Trailer stability should be at minimum. (all the way left)
* Suspension stiffness should be set to 50%. (center)
* Cabin suspension stiffness should be at maximum. (all the way right)

This mod increases the possible camera distance for both the truck without a trailer and with a trailer.
