How to install the mod

Volkswagen Meteor version 1.7 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.47.x, 1.48.x)

Description

- Autonomous;
- Sold by the mod dealer;
- 2 cabins;
- 2 chassis (6x2 and 6x4);
- Engines (D2676 460 hp and D2676 520 hp) and gearboxes (ZF 12 Traxon 2610, ZF 12 Traxon 2620, and ZF 16 Traxon 2640);
- Custom sounds in Fmod format;
- Glass animation and others;
- 2 interiors;
- Custom skins, paint jobs, and standard skins;
- Support for cabin accessories;
- Support for cables;
- Tuning;
- The mod restores the standard SCS convoy sound;
- Template and sample for skin registration.

Changes:

- Added animated passenger during the trip (two more variants);
- Added accessory for the Thrustmaster steering wheel (World Of Trucks);
- Added animated pet in the cabin (not compatible with exclusive interiors);
- Fuel tank adjustment (now there is a difference in fuel tank volumes);
- Added new tank options (2x 320 liters aluminum, 2x 390 liters aluminum, and 2x 390 liters chrome);
- Added new 6x4 variant (longer version);
- Added new 6x2 variant (shortened version);
- Engine sound changed (real MAN D2676 engine sound by Kriechbaum);
- Added skins (TransBen, GTL Transportes, and Morada Logistica);
- Added auxiliary LED light animation;
- Replaced auxiliary brake lever;
- Changed "start" animation;
- Changed engine torque curve;
- Removed gearboxes with retarder (apparently, ZF Traxon gearboxes in Meteor do not have a retarder);
- Slight adjustment to the dashboard icon;
- Adjusted engine braking power.

Version 1.7 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.47.x, 1.48.x):

- Fixed the cruise control icon and gear information in the onboard computer;
- Added LED indicators for battery charge, oil pressure, and differential lock to the onboard computer;
- Minor adjustment to the 3D model of the dashboard;
- Corrected the texture of the "Meteor" carpet;
- Removed the mandatory unlock level for various accessories;
- Adjusted the size of the air conditioner;
- Added a new deflector to the cabin (more similar to the real Meteor);
- Color correction of parts of the Current Loads skin;
- Color correction of the "doorstep" accessory from the skins.
