Scania 2016 Improved Dashboard version 5.0 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.54.x)

Description

This mod improves the Scania 2016 onboard computer by SCS and all mods using the stock onboard computer.

Supports Scania 2016 P/G/R/S by Eugene.

For the "Standard" interior variant:

- Added low beam indicator;
- Added engine brake icon;
- Added low fuel warning icon;
- Added cruise control speed value indicator on any dashboard page;
- Added current speed indicator;
- Added fuel/AdBlue remaining percentage on the "Fuel" page;
- Added "Time" page;
- Added ETA (estimated time of arrival) indicator, hidden when time is unavailable (no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
- Added time until required rest indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
- Added engine running time indicator;
- Added trip time indicator;
- Added page with Scania logo;
- Changed color and position of the gear shift indicator.

For the "Exclusive" interior variant:

- Added turbo boost gauge;
- Added low beam indicator;
- Added engine brake icon;
- Added low fuel warning icon;
- Added cruise control speed value indicator on any dashboard page;
- Added cruise control memory icon;
- Added estimated vehicle range on the "Fuel" page;
- Added fuel/AdBlue remaining percentage on the "Fuel" page;
