Volvo FH D13K Sound Mod version 1.2 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (v1.54.x, 1.55.x)

A complete sound pack for the Volvo FH, consisting of high-quality sound samples from a real 2017 Volvo FH 500 with a D13K engine, professionally recorded using studio audio equipment.

Compatible with Volvo FH 2012 by SCS, Eugene, Pendragon, Volvo FH 2021 by SCS and Virtual Service, as well as Volvo FH 2024 by SCS for all available engines. Also compatible with the Galimim Volvo Drivetrain Revision mod.

Features:

- Extremely detailed engine sound recorded every 100 RPM in 4-channel format with 4 synchronized microphones placed around the engine;
- Every internal switch, handle, and warning signal recorded from the real truck and implemented in the game (e.g., turn signals, rotary handle, retarder handle, light switch, electric windows, etc.);
- Many completely new features implemented that are not part of the base mechanics due to extensive programming and testing;
- Dynamic idle sound with air compressor;
- Dynamic fan sound that randomly turns on after starting the truck or when driving under load;
- Warning signals when the engine is turned off without the parking brake or with headlights on;
- Multiple sounds for a single sound event (e.g., light switch with 3 different sounds, several engine start/stop sounds, different sounds for turning lights on/off);
- Air sounds when engaging/disengaging the parking brake;
- Several sounds that trigger only in specific road situations;
- Many details such as relay sounds inside the cabin, key sounds for engine start/stop, button sounds for raising/lowering the lift axle, warning sound when reverse gear is engaged, and much more;
- Volvo I-Shift gearbox sound;
- Custom noise suppression configuration for the truck cabin to simulate realistic sound insulation inside the cabin;
- Each sound plays in the correct position.
