Please note that the trailer sounds as if this is not a standard feature in the game, so this addon comes with warnings.
The refrigeration unit engine sounds loud when you are near the trailer and can play after connecting the trailer. You can hear its hum inside the truck, but you can open the windows to hear it better.
The sound volume is controlled by the trailer noise slider in the sound settings.
You need the Sound Fixes Pack from ETS2.
