Changes:

Fixed compatibility with other mods
Changed country codes of Brazilian regions to unique ones
Integrated EAA Map Combo Fix by Jerry GMC Master Fixer
Added fixes by Jerry GMC Master Fixer (EAA Promods Fix and EAA Rusmap Fix) to the archive
Now (with this localization and fixes) you can use the EAA map in any combo

Changes in 6.4.1
Since version 6.1.1 of the localization is not compatible with version 6.4 of the map, and the author is not releasing an update, I have independently retranslated all cities and countries (because it is unrealistic to search where, which, and in which cities changes occurred). Now it works without crashes. Everything is translated from scratch.
