The addon for ProMods adds the Middle East to ProMods v2.65, including more than 40 new cities across two entirely new continents.

- Israel - Akko, Afula, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Beersheba, Bet Shean, Dimona, Eilat, Ein Gedi, Hadera, Haifa, Herzliya;
- Jerusalem, Kiryat Shmona, Mitzpe Ramon, Nazareth, Netanya, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Tiberias;
- West Bank - Jericho, Ramallah;
- Jordan - Amman, Aqaba, Irbid, Madaba, Mafraq, Safawi, Ruwaished, Zarqa;
- Lebanon - Beirut, Byblos, Nabatieh, Sidon, Tripoli, Tyre, Zahle;
- Egypt - Taba, El Arish, Port Said, Damietta;
- Syria - Damascus, Daraa, Izra;
- Iraq - Ar Rutbah;
- Saudi Arabia - Haql.

Ferry routes have also been created:

- Zoom fix for other maps, prevents map from shifting
