Sound pack for all trucks

- Realistic individual turn signal sounds
- Scania V8 sound based on Krichbaum's mod with various modifications
- Some new ambient and engine sounds
- Reduced volume of ferry and train sounds
- Increased volume and adjusted interior sounds
- Added new sound for MB Actros
- Added new Open Pipe sound with straight-through muffler for Scania V8 engines for Scania R + Streamline SCS

Changes from 20.01.2020:
- Pack adapted for new patches
- Added support for MAN TGX Euro 6, Scania S&R 2016, Renault T.
- Added support for Scania (R, R4, T, T4) by RJL

Changes from 21.01.2020:
Added missing 16-liter engines for Volvo FH2012
