SCS Blog: Austria Reconstruction - Alps

New information has emerged about the upcoming update for the Austria overhaul. The Alps are an incredibly beautiful place, where the beauty of all Austria reaches its peak. New screenshots have appeared online, showcasing the full beauty of this area.

SCS Software is constantly working on updates, and right now they are fully engaged in the overhaul/reconstruction of Austria. The Alps cover a large part of Austria – two-thirds. This area is especially popular among tourists. The roads in the Alps are a form of art in themselves. Not everyone can handle driving in these places, as the roads are winding and often quite narrow. Even for drivers in regular cars and SUVs, it’s a real challenge, let alone for trucks with trailers. 

In real life, access to some roads is closed to truckers. However, in the game, these roads will not be closed, so you will be able to test your driving skills. The update will also overhaul many highways: A9, A10, A12. Now we just have to wait for the update to be ready to enjoy the cool overhaul and the beauty of this region as a whole.
