SCS Blog: Lyon Reskin

As we all know very well, work on Euro Truck Simulator 2 is ongoing. The developers are simultaneously working on various updates, expansions, and fixes, and constantly share information with their players. Today we will talk about the reskin of the city of Lyon.

Looking at the screenshots, it becomes clear that the French city in ETS 2 has been heavily reworked. Various aspects have been touched upon: from decorations to the overall city layout. All these changes were made for greater realism as well as for the convenience of drivers. Previously, it was very difficult for heavy truck drivers, as they had to use bridges and roads that were not intended for them at all. Now everything is great!

To bring this goal to reality, 4 interchanges were added. Let’s not forget about the new landmarks: Viaduc de Perrache, the Confluence Museum, and the Groupama Stadium. By the way, the old landmarks were also reworked and improved. 

There are too many changes to cover everything just yet, but the most important ones have already been discussed. In addition, road signs have been changed, and everything has been brought to a more presentable look. It’s nice to see how the developers are putting effort into the game!
