Increases the viewing distance of the chase camera.
The trailer is now always visible (including the rear lights).
Now you can always see the trailer in all its glory using the external camera.

Notes:
- Increase the priority in the "Mod Manager" to avoid conflicts with other camera mods.
- This mod requires at least game version 1.38 to work.
- Tested with game version 1.39.
