Temporary adaptation and fix for all RJL Scanias to work in 1.37.x

No fixes for British cabs, there are still probably some errors.
This is for all RJL Scanias,
If you don’t use some of them (T, R4, etc.), just delete the unnecessary .sii file in the truck_dealer and truck_desktop folders, and you’re done, for example scania_t.sii or scania_r_4s.sii
This mod uses default sounds, so if you use any sound mods, etc., place the sound mods on top of this fix

The fix adapts MAN TGA by MADster to work with game version 1.38.x

- Added window animation
- EVR sounds adapted to FMOD
