One of the reasons the developers decided to expand the game world to the northeast was to increase the variety of species along the road. They were looking for a change, and the Baltics definitely differ significantly from the previous
DLC Italia. There are extensive areas intersected by the road network between major cities, and the developers are doing their best to emulate the driving experience on these roads with local architecture and small villages.
Since players will have to use narrow rural roads quite often, to achieve that special atmosphere, the developers reworked many previously released objects and models of plants, shrubs, and trees, affecting models of pines, birches, cherries, aspens, lindens, and oaks. There are also completely new representatives of flora – silver fir, hogweed.
