Why do you need this mod?

1. Steering:

Real-life steering (According to Scania R 2012 production data)
- 4.9 turns lock-to-lock (1764 degrees)
- 12.8 meter turning radius.
- Steering ratio 46:1 (You need to turn the steering wheel 46 degrees for the wheel to turn 1 degree).

In-game steering
- 2.5 turns lock-to-lock (900 degrees)
- 8.5 meter radius
- Steering ratio 23:1 (You need to turn the steering wheel 23 degrees for the wheel to turn 1 degree).

With this mod
- Steering ratio 36:1 (brings you closer to a real truck).

2. Braking:

Real-life braking
When lightly pressing the brake pedal, speed decreases slowly, not abruptly. And if you’re driving a heavy truck, you know it takes time and space to come to a full stop.

In-game braking
The truck stops abruptly regardless of your speed, as if there is no physics at all.

With this mod
The brake now behaves more realistically.

3. Cabin:

In-game cabin
It sways too sensitively side to side; even a slight turn of the steering wheel can cause the cabin to oscillate.

With this mod
The cabin is now more stable in lateral movement but does not affect forward tilt.

SENSITIVITY / NONLINEARITY SETTINGS
You need to test and readjust the sensitivity and nonlinearity sliders to find your preferred values.
But the recommended settings are 100% sensitivity and 100% nonlinearity.
Braking intensity 30 - 50%

COMPATIBILITY
1. Compatible with 1.35, 1.36
2. Compatible with all standard and mod trucks.
3. Must be placed above any truck mods and any mods using the physics file.
4. NOT compatible with any other physics mods.
5. Compatible with the Air Ride mod.

WARNING
It will take some time to get used to the new steering feel, especially if you have never driven a car in real life before. But if you regularly drive a car in real life, you should immediately get familiar with it because it is very close to a real vehicle. Your truck will need a bit more space to make turns. But you will enjoy its realism once you get used to it.

More realistic and smoother cabin movement

Modified physics: good handling and brakes allow comfortable movement at speeds from 120 km/h to 150 km/h.
The collision of trailers from the Krone and Schwarzmuller DLCs has been changed, as well as the collision of low-frame trailers from these mods:

Trailer collision has been modified for trouble-free off-road driving, without getting stuck and without taking damage (at reasonable speeds).

Smooth braking from any speed, increased braking distance, it is recommended to use engine braking and press the brake pedal in advance, not at the last moment. Truck handling in rain is more difficult, skidding and crossing into oncoming traffic are possible. On dirt roads and grass, skidding and slipping of the drive wheels are possible. Tire grip on wet and dry surfaces is reduced (relevant for default tires and Michelin tires from DLC). In general, if the speed limit is observed, there will be no major problems. Problems may arise in rain, on steep dirt-covered climbs, the truck will slip.

Use any of the mods
Feel the difference.

In-game settings: -
* Brake intensity should be set to 50%. (center)
* Truck stability should be at maximum. (all the way right)
* Trailer stability should be at minimum. (all the way left)
* Suspension stiffness should be set to 50%. (center)
* Cabin suspension stiffness should be at maximum. (all the way right)

This mod makes your truck's behavior more realistic.
The truck will no longer accelerate like a passenger car.
The suspension has become softer, and the braking distance longer.
The in-cabin camera has also been changed, so the game will no longer feel arcade-like.
